I believe that beauty is within our souls. It is in what we feel. It is shown in how we act and what we care about. Also in what we see, not in what we look at. I like crisp air and when seasons change. Backlight on my childrens hair and how peaceful they look when they are asleep. I am a professional photographer (feeling well when thinking back to my student life in Brussels) and a mom. After graduating I followed my inner voice and started photographing people. I began by staging people, often only one person, to see how a human being interacts with time and space. I liked that singularity.
I think that the more space there is, the more interpretation can be done. This is the real thrill. This is where the magic happens. I am a visual storyteller. Also a poetic one. Off the beaten track.
